AVOCADO CAULIFLOWER CRACKER TOAST - GUT BOOSTER
1/2/ tsp. lemon juice
pinch of iodized sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
pinch of cracked pepper
1 tsp diced onions
1/2 portion of organic Granny Smith apple with the skin on
1/8 of teaspoon of capers
Few leaves of fresh basil; leave half for serving
Blend all the ingredients except the avocado and half the fresh basil in a blender. Remove and then combine with avocado and mash to a paste.
Butter your cauliflower cracker with the gut avocado mash and enjoy!
