- 3 Slim and Trim Crackers of your choice
- 1 tbsp taztziki
- 1 organic cucumber, diced
- 3 thinly sliced red onions
- 2 leaves mint, sliced to taste salt and pepper
- Dice cucumber.
- Slice red onion and mint leaves.
- Spread tzatziki on cracker.
- Top with diced cucumber, red onion and mint.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
