Tzatziki Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 3 Slim and Trim Crackers of your choice
  • 1 tbsp taztziki
  • 1 organic cucumber, diced
  • 3 thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 leaves mint, sliced to taste salt and pepper

How To:

  1. Dice cucumber.
  2. Slice red onion and mint leaves.
  3. Spread tzatziki on cracker.
  4. Top with diced cucumber, red onion and mint.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

TOTAL FIBER : 11 GRAMS

This can be eaten as a snack.
